James McCumiskey

Dr Darina O'Flanagan, Director of HPSC (Health Protection Surveillance Centre) Dublin, Ireland.

Dr O'Flanagan. My name is James McCumiskey.  I unfortunately had my children vaccinated in the Republic of Ireland because I believed the Medical Profession to be correct about the existence of so-called infectious diseases.  I understand that your organisation the Health Protection Surveillance Centre is responsible for the provision of information about infectious diseases in Ireland.

I have studied the work of a number of leading medical dissidents (particularly Dr RG Hamer about the true cause of Cancer and other diseases)and also Dr Stefan Lanka. Dr Lanka got a Doctorate after discovering a real virus in sea-water: So he knows how to isolate a real virus according to established scientific criteria. After discovering this real virus he set about reading about the HIV virus and he read all the published literature. He made a truly incredible discovery: Not only did the HIV virus not exist but neither did any of the so-called disease inducing viruses like Measles, Mumps, Rubella etc.

These following questions have already been placed to the WHO (World Health Organisation) and the German Health ministry. I would like the definitive response of your organisation to these questions.

1.) What publication (no secondary literature please) contains the proof that the viruses that supposedly cause disease, do actually exist (polio, hepatitis A and B, influenza, measles, mumps, rubella etc.)?
2.) What publication shows that a virus (if it actually exists) or a bacteria can actually cause a certain disease? i.e. that a person infected with the virus gets the disease.
3.) What publication proves that vaccines actually protect people from certain diseases and does not harm them?
4) In Ireland do you check the patient’s vaccinal condition after the diagnosis of a viral or bacterial disease, and if so, does it show up in the statistics?

Best Regards James McCumiskey

Dear James McCumiskey,

1 and 2.. I recommend Mandell Bennett and Dolin on Principles and Practices of infectious diseases. You will find plenty of primary references in there.
3. I recommend Plotkin and Orenstein on Vaccines 4th edition. The evidence on benefits and adverse effects is outlined in this publication.
4. Unfortunately we cannot routinely link vaccine status with infectious disease diagnosis. This would require a unique personal identifier to be used in all contacts with the health system as is done in Scandinavian countries.

Yours sincerely
Darina O'Flanagan

Dear Dr Darina O' Flanagan

I have in two e-mails dated Thursday 30th May and Monday 3rd April requested the primary references your organisation relies upon for the existence of the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses. I am again requesting a response to this simple request.

I asked you in my first e-mail dated 30th March for the primary literature proving the existence of disease-inducing viruses. Instead you gave me two secondary sources that apparently contains primary references. This is the secondary literature you quoted to me:-

1) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0443066434/002-7416017-4766464?v=glance&n=283155

2) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0721696880/104-9044618-2960730?v=glance&n=283155.

I will not look for the primary references in these above text books. I want you to provide me (and then through me the Klein-Klein-Aktion organisation) the primary references that your organisation uses to justify the existence of the Measles, Mumps and Rubella viruses and therefore the alleged necessity for the MMR vaccine in the Republic of Ireland.

The mission statement of your organisation is:- "To improve the health of the Irish population by provision of the best possible information on disease including infectious diseases through surveillance and independent advice, epidemiological investigation, research and training." On the basis of your mission statement it is clearly within your remit to provide the primary references for the existence of the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses.

I can give you examples of primary references concerning the publication of the virus Dr. Lanka discovered in sea-water:

1.) Title: A Virus Infection in the Marine Brown Alga Ectocarpus siliculosus (Phaeophyceae)
Autoren: D.G. Müller, H. Kawai, B. Stache, and S. Lanka, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Botanica Acta 103 (1990) 72-82
2.) Title: Genome Structure of a Virus Infecting the Marine Brown Alga Ectocarpus siliculosus
Autoren: Stefan T.J. LANKA, Michael KLEIN, Uwe RAMSPERGER, Dieter G. MÜLLER, and Rolf KNIPPERS, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Virology 193, 802-811 (1993)
3.) Title: Coat Protein of the Ectocarpus siliculosus Virus, Autoren: Michael KLEIN, Stefan T.J. LANKA, Rolf KNIPPERS, and Dieter G. MÜLLER, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Virology 206, 520-526 (1995).  This can be viewed at the address below
Coat Protein of the Ectocarpus siliculosus Virus

To summarise I want the primary references that your organisation relies on as a justification for the existence of the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses. The Klein-Klein-Aktion organisation will examine any primary references you provide and I will respond on their behalf to you.

In the absence of any acknowledgment of my previous information requests for the primary references for the existence of the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses, I am resending this email and will do so every day until I get an acknowledgement that you are trying to discover the relevant primary references and that you will respond with those primary sources within a given timeframe.

Best Regards James McCumiskey

Dear Mr McCumiskey

Dr O'Flanagan has received your emails. We regret we can assist you no further in this regard. HPSC has supplied you with references and if you do not choose to follow these up there is nothing further we can do to assist you in this matter.

Dear Dr Darina O'Flanagan,

You provided me with the titles of two text-books which allegedly contain primary references for the existence of the Mumps, Measles & Rubella viruses. I did not ask you for any such secondary sources. Instead I asked you for primary sources for the existence of these viruses, which you have refused to provide me and the Klein-Klein-Aktion organisation.

There are two arguments against vaccinations: One is on the grounds of safety and the second is on the grounds of effectiveness. Dr Gerhard Buchwald in his book "Vaccinations - A business based on fear" has clearly demonstrated the dangers of vaccinations in terms of new diseases like Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Shaken Baby Syndrome, Autism, Attention Deficit Disorders etc. On safety grounds alone vaccines should be banned.

Dr Buchwald & Thomas McKeown (medical historian) have also successfully proven that vaccinations had no effect on the incidence of so-called  infectious disease. They have conclusively proven that so-called infectious diseases had declined in incidence for at least a hundred years prior to the introduction of vaccines and continued this long-term decline after the introduction of vaccines. The vaccine industry including your organisation has of course taken the credit for this actual decline. The only explanation of the real reason for the actual decline in so-called Infectious diseases is that offered by Thomas Mc Keown in his book "The Role of Medicine": This explantion was that it was hunger, a constant actual hunger that made children susceptible to these diseases and caused their deaths. i.e. the children were already weakened through hunger by the time they got the so-called infectious diseases. So it was hunger, malnutrition that really killed the child and not the so-called infectious disease.

Dr Lanka has has conclusively shown that the Germ theory of Disease as promulgated by Pasteur and Koch is an absolute moral and scientific fraud. This is because these so-called disease inducing viruses do not actually exist! These viruses have never been isolated and photographed and biochemically characterised according to established scientific criteria. Dr Lanka has clearly shown how this was done in the the three primary reference I have previously given you regarding a virus he identified in sea-water.

There is no basis for vaccinations because these disease-inducing viruses simply do not exist. There is no virus to vaccinate against!

In post-war Germany most of the adult population excused themselves by stating they "they did not know" about the genocidal campaign of the Nazis. You have no such excuse in the silent holocaust of children through vaccinations, particularly in the third world where the children are already suffering from malnutrition. You know (or certainly have the ability to ascertain the Truth) but you have chosen to do nothing.

Shame on you. Yours Sincerely James McCumiskey

Betreff: Proof of Mumps, Measles & Rubella viruses - Dr Darina O'Flanagan

Dear Dr Darina O'Flanagan:

After careful examination of the two textbooks listed below, which you have given me as secondary sources, the Klein-Klein-Aktion Organisation have not been able to find any primary sources for the existence of the Mumps, Measles & Rubella viruses.

1) Principles & Practices of Infectious diseases
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0443066434/002-7416017-4766464?v=glance&n=283155

2) Vaccines
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0721696880/002-3605078-3365647?v=glance&n=283155

Can you please tell me on which page, and which primary references you are referring to for the alleged existence of the Mumps, Measles & Rubella viruses.

Best regards
James McCumiskey

To Whom It may concern,
I understand that the MHRA is the authority responsible for vaccines in the UK.

In the last five months I have studied the work of Dr Stefan Lanka and the Klein-Klein-Aktion organisation  (http://www.klein-klein-aktion.de/).  Dr Lanka states emphatically that no viruses exist in Plants, Animals or Humans.  He has asked people not to believe him directly but to question the authorities directly themselves.

I would like the Primary References, (please no text books or secondary sources) which conclusively prove the existence of the Mumps, Measles & Rubella viruses.

I can give you examples of the type of primary references I am looking for.  Please find below three Primary References concerning the virus Dr. Lanka discovered in sea-water:

1.) Title: A Virus Infection in the Marine Brown Alga Ectocarpus siliculosus (Phaeophyceae)
Authors: D.G. Müller, H. Kawai, B. Stache, and S. Lanka, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Botanica Acta 103 (1990) 72-82

2.) Title: Genome Structure of a Virus Infecting the Marine Brown Alga Ectocarpus siliculosus
Authors: Stefan T.J. LANKA, Michael KLEIN, Uwe RAMSPERGER, Dieter G. MÜLLER, and Rolf KNIPPERS, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Virology 193, 802-811 (1993)

3.) Title: Coat Protein of the Ectocarpus siliculosus Virus, Authors: Michael KLEIN, Stefan T.J. LANKA, Rolf KNIPPERS, and Dieter G. MÜLLER, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Virology 206, 520-526 (1995).  This can be viewed at the address below www.klein-klein-aktion.de/pdf/CoatProtein.pdf

The Primary References must show how the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses were isolated, photographed and biochemically characterised.

I am copying this email to the Klein-Klein-Aktion organisation.

Best Regards James McCumiskey

Dear James McCumiskey

Thank you for your recent enquiry to the MHRA, for which we have liaised with the Immunisation Branch within the Department of Health.

There are numerous resources we could provide you with, one of these is 'Vaccine', edited by Plotkin and Orenstein and the last edition was published in 2004.  This book describes the identification processes of measles, mumps and rubella viruses.

If you do not feel this publication addresses the concerns you have, we suggest you ask a library to conduct a literary search on your behalf.

Kind Regards,

To Whom it may concern;

Please find attached a link to the text-book (Vaccines: Plotkin and Orenstein) you recommended to me for Proof of the existence of the Mumps, Measles & Rubella viruses.

1) www.amazon.com/gp/product/0721696880/104-3257650-3823943?v=glance&n=283155

The klein-klein-aktion organisation have examined this publication and can find no primary references for the existence of the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses. Can you tell me which page number on this book and which Primary Reference confirms the proof of the existence of these viruses?

As an example, if I were to allege to you that little Green men from Mars caused the Mumps Virus, you would ask me for proof, a photograph etc. In a likewise manner I am asking for Primary References concerning the existence of these three viruses.  The fact that they are stated to exist in a text-book does not provide sufficient proof.

Once again I will give you examples of the type of primary references I am looking for.  Please find below three Primary References concerning the virus Dr. Lanka discovered in sea-water:

1.) Title: A Virus Infection in the Marine Brown Alga Ectocarpus siliculosus (Phaeophyceae)
Authors: D.G. Müller, H. Kawai, B. Stache, and S. Lanka, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Botanica Acta 103 (1990) 72-82

There are in fact thousands of viruses in a litre of sea-water, but we do not get an infectious disease when we go for a swim in the sea?

Is it possible to get similar primary references for the existence of the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses?

The Primary References must show how the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses were isolated, photographed and biochemically characterised.  This is the burden of Proof required by Science.  The Klein-Klein-Aktion organisation are positive that there are no such primary references for the existence of these viruses:  i.e. These viruses do not actually in fact exist.

Dear James McCumiskey

Thank you for your recent enquiry to the MHRA.

We responded to your original request with a reference, as requested.  If you do not feel this is conclusive enough you should re-direct your enquiry to the Immunisation Policy branch of the Department of Health as this issue falls within their remit, not that of the MHRA:

Yours Sincerely James McCumiskey

Dear Mr McCumiskey,

Thank you for your email of 31 May to the Department of Health about MMR viruses.  Your email has been passed to me for reply.

It would appear from the contents of the website www.klein-klein-aktion.de that there is little or no knowledge of either vaccination or immunisation. The website professes not to have had a response from any of the august organisations they have approached.  This can only be presumed to be because there doesn't appear to be any properly defined question being asked.  More importantly, there are no references to any authors in the site, other than those you mention in your email.  They are certainly not recognisable names in the field of vaccination and immunisation, and further searches have not revealed any useful information on their credentials.

However, to respond, as you have requested on your "little Green Men from Mars" analogy, I would refer you to www.virology.net/Big_Virology/BVRNApara.html which has referenced information on every virus, including measles, mumps and rubella.

The textbook Vaccines you refer is regarded as the definitive document on the subjects of vaccination and immunisation.  There are separate chapters covering each of the vaccine preventable diseases, all of which are fully referenced, and give clear accounts of the history of each disease, and the scientific achievements in the identification of the causative organisms (either bacteria, viruses or toxin's) and development of safe and effective vaccines.

Thank you again for writing.
 Yours sincerely,

Dear Kalpana Chauhan,

Thank you for responding to my e-mail.  I am an Accountant and not a Virologist.  But I have helped translate a number of Dr Lankas articles, which should be published on the Klein-Klein web-site in the near future.  In the process of translation I worked with Susanne Brix from Klein-Klein and from our countless e-mails I believe I can answer your points directly myself and pose questions of my own.

I am surprised that you state that "there doesn't appear to be any properly defined question being asked".  On the contrary!

Dr Lanka discovered a virus in sea-water.  There are three publicly available scientific publications where he clearly demonstrates how this virus was isolated, biochemically characterised and photographed.  The relevant scientific publications once again are:

1.) Title: A Virus Infection in the Marine Brown Alga Ectocarpus siliculosus (Phaeophyceae)
Authors: D.G. Müller, H. Kawai, B. Stache, and S. Lanka, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Botanica Acta 103 (1990) 72-82

2.) Title: Genome Structure of a Virus Infecting the Marine Brown Alga Ectocarpus siliculosus
Authors: Stefan T.J. LANKA, Michael KLEIN, Uwe RAMSPERGER, Dieter G. MÜLLER, and Rolf KNIPPERS, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Virology 193, 802-811 (1993)

3.) Title: Coat Protein of the Ectocarpus siliculosus Virus, Authors: Michael KLEIN, Stefan T.J. LANKA, Rolf KNIPPERS, and Dieter G. MÜLLER, Fundstelle/Zeitschrift: Virology 206, 520-526 (1995).  This can be viewed at the address below
www.klein-klein-aktion.de/pdf/CoatProtein.pdf

Have you read Dr. Lankas publications so that you are familiar with the type of evidence I want?    All I am looking for is similar type publications that prove the existence of the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses.

You provided me with a link (www.virology.net/Big_Virology/BVRNApara.html) which allegedly gives photographs of these apparently pathogenic viruses.  Will you please tell me the names of the Scientific Publication which describes how these three  viruses (Mumps, Measles & Rubella) were isolated,  biochemically characterised and then photographed.  I hope you understand this to be a "properly defined question".

In the course of translating Dr Lankas article , I learned that photographs from an electron microscope are always in Black and White.  Can you confirm this?  The relevance of this question is that we are looking for the primary evidence, the original photograph from an electron microscope and not a doctored image.

I also learned that all viruses of a particular type, all have the same shape and consistency.  They one thing all these photographs have in common is that they all show viruses with different shapes.  Dr Lanka states emphatically that these so-called pictures of viruses, do not show a virus that is isolated from its host cell.

I am only concerned with a true scientific understanding of what is being shown in these photographs of these so-called disease-inducing viruses.  I have accepted Dr Lankas challenge for ordinary people to request the Authorities for information so that Dr Lanka's incredible allegations can be rebutted.  Please help me!  If you can show me a photograph of a Virus and the scientific Publication which demonstrates how this Virus was isolated and biochemically characterised I would be most grateful.  I require this information for the Mumps, Measles and Rubella viruses.

This e-mail is of course being copied  to the Klein-Klein-Aktion organisation ( www.klein-klein-aktion.de) for their attention.

Yours Sincerely, James McCumiskey
